If you have trouble pulling up your receipt on your cellular device in your email, or if you forgot your paper receipt at home, this is another easy way for you to check out. You can use your bidder ID or email to receive a SMS message to the phone number associated with your bidder number.
Please Note: If you are a guest picking up for a bidder, you will have to have a paper copy of the invoice along with your ID. All of our locations will require a photo ID for checking out.
How to Receive a Verification Code
- Give your bidder ID or email address to the checkout worker when it is your time to checkout. They will initiate a text to be sent to your phone.
- You will receive a 4-digit code via text. The checkout worker will then enter the code and they will be able to access your receipts.
