Due to the size of many of our warehouses, there might be an occasion that you may not be able to find your item during the pickup.
You will want to make every effort to locate your item. Missing items can take 2-3 weeks to resolve once they have been reported missing. Bring help with you- an extra set of eyes often helps. You can also ask a "helper" staff member who is walking the floors.
In the event that you can’t find your item, you need to:
***REPORT YOUR MISSING ITEM TO THE REMOVAL STAFF AT THE WAREHOUSE*** They will mark your item as missing in the system. You should receive an email about the items being marked as missing once it's submitted. Make sure you receive that before leaving the location. Do not leave the warehouse without reporting your missing item to the removal staff. The Support Team cannot issue refunds for missing items not verified by the warehouse staff.
Anything under $3.00 will be automatically submitted as a refund.
For items that have been reported to the removal staff as missing, the warehouse will look for them after the removal days have passed for that auction.
If the items are found, an email will be sent to you notifying you that it has been located. If they are not located within 4 business days after the last removal day passes, the system will automatically generate a refund for the item. Refunds take 5-7 business days to process once they have been submitted.
