We’ve added extra security to the My Cards portion section of your Bidder Dashboard. In order for your card to be approved, your address on your profile needs to match the address associated with your credit card on file.
To update your credit card info, you can log into your account, go to My Cards. You will have to add another card before deleting your primary card.
If your new credit card happens to have the same information as your primary credit card (with the exception of the expiration date), then you will need to add a completely different credit card. After you have added the different credit card, set that as your primary credit card. Once all of that is completed, then you will be able to delete the old credit card from your account. It is then that you will be able to add the new credit card and set it as the primary credit card with the correct address and zipcode.
