There might be an instance where your credit card that is on file for your account declines or even just expires. Don’t worry, it’s an easy fix! In the event that it does, go to the My Account drop down menu and click ‘My Cards’. This will take you to the page that has all of your credit cards on file.
On the ‘My Cards’ page, you can then enter a new credit card to use. Make sure to mark it as primary if you plan on bidding on more items. Your newly added card will show up at the bottom of the ‘My Cards’ page, it won’t show up at the top unless you delete your old card that you were using previously.
After you’ve entered a new card to use, click on ‘Invoices’ to see what ones weren’t paid yet. There will be an option that says ‘Pay Now’, which lets you pay the remaining balance of any outstanding payments for your invoices.
We do accept cash payments, however, this is only if you are able to bring it in person to our School Road office in Cincinnati, OH. We will not accept any cash payments via mailing, only in person.
