After you have won an item in an auction you should receive a receipt via email within 60 minutes. If for some reason you don't receive an email or can't find your receipt, please follow these steps before contacting customer service. It will save you time, we promise!
- Log into the bidding engine as normal.
- Click on My Account at the top right of the page
- Click on Receipts
- Find the receipt for the order you are referencing and click on the link. Make sure you are allowing popups. For more info on how to manage popups click on this helpful article.
- Print our the receipt and bring it with you or download that receipt on your mobile device and bring your device with you.
We recommend bringing a printed receipt with you to pick up your items. Phillipi still requires a printed receipt
