Once you are logged in, you will see a dropdown on the top right of your screen called My Account. When you click on that, you'll see a list of a number of features. This article will describe (briefly) each of these features and what they will allow you to do.
Bidder Number
The bidder# is your bidder number. You can use either your bidder number or your email address to log in. You will have a new bidder number with our new website.
Log Out
Log out will log you out of the site. You will still be able to view auctions, but to bid or add items to your watch list, you will have to log back in.
Dashboards
- Bids
Bids will show you all of the live items that you currently have a bid on. On this page, you will be able to bid on any of these items or adjust your max bid. - Watch List
To add an item to your watch list click the little eye icon on either an item card. Once you add an item to your watch list, you can click on the eye icon at the top right of your page (when you are logged in) or you can use the My Account drop down. You will be able to bid or change your max bid on items in your watch list. Want to know more about the watch list? Learn more here. - Receipts
Once you win an auction you will receive an email receipt. This receipt will have a QR code and all the information about the item(s) you have one in that auction. You can view and reprint these receipts from the Receipts tab in your account. - Notifications
In the notifications section, you can change your email and sms notification settings for an auction. To change your notification settings for an individual item you will have to go into the item page or into your bids page and click into the item. You can turn notifications on and off for either email or SMS or both. Remember that if you turn notifications off for items or auctions, you will not receive notifications when you are outbid. - My Cards
The My Cards section allows you to add or remove credit cards from your account. If you win an auction, but you have an issue with payment, either your card could not be charged, or you did not have enough credit to complete the transaction, you will receive an email and text notification letting you know. You can resolve these issues in your My Cards section. Once you update your card (if you have an outstanding payment), please contact support@bidfta.com to let us know (or reach out through chat). - Offers
The offers section allows you to manage an offers you have made on Make and Offer auctions. - Credits
The Credits section allows you to see if you have credit on your account. Credit is only applied to your account through our customer service team. - My Profile
The My Profile section of your account will allow you to change your personal information. You will not be able to change your email address. If you need to update your email address, please contact support@bidfta.com.
